TANDEM WINERY WINEMAKER'S DINNER
at RESTAURANT SIX89 IN CARBONDALE
Thursday June 30, 2005 @ 6:30pm

Carbondale, COLO. – Restaurant Six89 will be hosting yet another thrilling wine and food shindig on Thursday, June 30, 2005; featuring five wines from Sonoma County's Tandem Winery.
Tandem, a relatively young winery (in the global scheme of things) is the project of Greg Bjornstad and Greg La Follette, both prodigies formerly of Flowers Winery. The pair first released wine under the Tandem label in 2000, and have developed a devout and cult-like following since.
Known primarily for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Tandem has gained significant recognition for their Sangiovese as well as their 'Peleton' blend. More information regarding the winery can be sourced at www.tandemwinery.com; as well as at the dinner...
Hosted by winemaker Greg Bjornstad and Six89 "wine guy" Bill Bentley, the five-wine dinner with six courses complimenting will be prepared by SIX89 Chef/Owner Mark Fischer. The price is an accessible $75.00 per person, plus tax & gratuity. Seats are limited for what is sure to be a swell event; call Restaurant SIX89 now for reservations; 970.963.6890.
