SOLO ROSA & COVENANT WINES WINEMAKER’S DINNER at RESTAURANT SIX89 IN CARBONDALE Tuesday, May 29, 2007 @ 7:00pm
We at Restaurant Six89 are proud to announce an evening of restrained excess featuring the wines of Sola Rosa & Covenant paired with the snappy culinary stylings of our kitchen. You are cordially invited to join us and winemaker Jeff Morgan to share his wines and our food on Tuesday evening, May 29th at 7:00pm.
SoloRosa is the only winery in the New World devoted exclusively to dry rosé. The wine is made from blends of Sangiovese and Merlot as well as Syrah. The rosés are bone dry, with ripe cherry and raspberry flavors. Covenant is made from grapes of the historic Larkmead Vineyard in Napa Valley; and is 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is made under kosher supervision.
