Book Your Seats Now for Slow Food's Summer Harvest Social benefit dinner at Six89. Yes friends, it's time once again for our biggest, and most delicious, annual fund-raising event, the Slow Food Summer Harvest Social dinner at Restaurant Six89 in Carbondale on Monday, September 10 at 6 p.m. Six89 Chef-Owner Mark Fischer has once again assembled an all-star lineup of Colorado's best chefs, each one preparing an extravagantly delicious course highlighting local ingredients. This year's lineup, in addition to Fischer and Six89's Lon Carter, includes Ryan Hardy of The Little Nell's Montagna, Barclay Dodge of R Cuisine, Matt Zubrod of DISHAspen, Shawn Lawrence of the Sky Hotel's 39 Degrees, Todd Slossberg and Rob Zack of Crave Kitchen, and Glenn Smith of Cooking School of Aspen. Another highlight of the evening will be a silent auction featuring many valuable food-related items. This year's event will take place at Six89, located at 689 Main Street in Carbondale. The cost, which includes all food and wine, is $96.89 for Slow Food members (please identify yourself when you book your seats), and $126.89 for non-members. A cash bar will open at 6 p.m., with dinner beginning promptly at 7. Menu for this year's social:
