The 2008 Winemaker Dinner series gets off to an auspicious start on January 9th with owner, distiller and winemaker Lance Hansen featuring the goods of Peak Spirits and Jack Rabbit Hill Wines paired with the labours of our kitchen. You are cordially invited to join us to share his spirits and wines and our food on Wednesday evening, January 9th at 7:00pm.
Jack Rabbit Hill is an estate winery located on Redlands Mesa, near Hotchkiss, Colorado. Jack Rabbit Hill makes premium varietal wines from 22 acres of certified-organic vineyards. It's also the home of the Peak Spirits distillery. All Jack Rabbit Hill wines are made with estate-grown, certified-organic grapes.
Peak Spirits is the 1st distillery in the US focused on making premium products from locally grown/sourced organic produce. This singular focus on sourcing locally, where we know and constantly work with each of our organic growers, ensures we always get the freshest, highest quality produce; all are blended with pure mountain water from our CapRock private source, and all are certified organic.
