Spring has arrived just in time to inspire Restaurant SIX89 and Jennifer Olson, publisher of Colorado Organic: Cooking Seasonally, Eating Locally, to make plans for a special dinner event that celebrates seasonal, local eating and farm-to-table cooking.
Set to take place at Restaurant SIX89 on May 13th, 2009 at 7:00 p.m., The Colorado Organic Cookbook Dinner includes 5 courses organized around the recipes Mark Fischer contributed to Colorado Organic, and complemented by wines from Jack Rabbit Hill. About Colorado Organic and Jennifer Olson
Jennifer Olson is a Colorado-based photographer who developed a profound respect for the art of raising, cooking and eating good food during a 13-year career in the restaurant business.
