The Ojai Vineyard, owned by Adam and Helen Tolmach, has been producing wines from California's Central Coast since 1983. Currently, the winery makes 15 different bottlings of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir,Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier. The Ojai Vineyard works closely with a dozen different growers in the Central Coast region, and is of the philosophy that wine is made in the vineyard. The winemaking is done with a light touch, letting the fruit speak for itself.
