It's time once again for the biggest, best and most delicious, annual fund-raising event,
the Slow Food Summer Harvest Social dinner at Restaurant Six89 in Carbondale on Monday, August 31at 6 p.m.
We’ve re-assembled a lineup of Colorado's best chefs, each preparing a course highlighting and inspired by local ingredients. This year's lineup includes, Shane Coffey of LuLu Wilson, Kelly Liken of her eponymous restaurant in Vail, Christopher Keating of the Hotel Jerome, Jorma Cox of Gisella and Frank Bonanno of Mizuna, Luca d’Italia, and Osteria Marco in Denver.
Another highlight of the evening will be a silent auction featuring many valuable and must have epicurean items.
The cost, which includes all food and wine, is $96.89 for Slow Food members (please identify yourself when you book your seats), and $126.89 for non-members. A cash bar will open at 6 p.m., with dinner beginning promptly at 7.
