“PAY WHAT YOU THINK” AT SIX89 RESTAURANT

Carbondale, COLO. – Get ready gourmets: Roaring Fork Valley residents are in for a culinary journey like no other. SIX89 Chef/owner Mark Fischer is celebrating the end of fall and the onset of winter with the first-ever “Pay What You Think” night. Fischer is asking customers to put their money where their mouths are – all patrons will be asked to pay what they think their meal was worth (drinks and tip not included). Floor-king Bill Bentley is offering every bottle of wine in his cellar at 50 percent off the original price.
